1. Return Window

  • 5-Day Return Period: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for all products.
  • Fragrance Products: Returns are accepted within 5 days if unopened and in original packaging.
  • Opened Fragrances: We cannot accept returns for opened fragrance products for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • Product must not show signs of use, damage, or wear.
  • Fragrance products must be unopened and sealed.
  • Personal care items must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrance products.
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item with all original packaging and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided with your RAN).

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Recommended Shipping: Use a trackable method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • Return Address: Provided when your return is authorised.

6. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: Full product refund excluding original shipping (unless due to our error).
  • Notification: Email confirmation once processed.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours if you receive a damaged or defective item.
  • Include photos of the damage or defect in your email.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
  • Return shipping for damaged/defective items will be covered by us.

8. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • Return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

9. International Returns
